To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we have answered some of your common questions. Please do let us know if you have any unanswered questions.
Can I bring my pet?
Moogie House is dog friendly with enclosed front and rear verandahs. We provide beds, toys and treats for your pooches. We ask you supervise your dog at all times as the property is unfenced, and other wildlife lives here too.
Unfortunately, Moogie Glamp and Moogie Pod are NOT pet friendly due to the bush setting and style of the accommodation.
Is there phone and Wi-Fi reception?
Mobile phone reception with the major service providers is available at the property. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests at Moogie House and Moogie Pod. Moogie Glamp is Wi-Fi-free to enable its guests to relax and disconnect.
Do you allow children?
Moogie House is family friendly with plenty of space and gardens to run around. Please note due to steps and open verandahs Moogie House may be considered unsuitable for infants and young children. It is worth noting too that the property is unfenced and contains waterways and creeks, therefore we suggest you supervise your children at all times.
Moogie Glamp and Moogie Pod are couples only retreats.
Can we smoke?
We have a strict no smoking policy in and around all accommodations. We are located in a high-risk bush fire area.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available all year round and are customisable for that special occasion. Please contact us for more information.
Is there firewood available at the accommodation?
Can we book multiple accommodations?
We have just one Pod and one Glamping Tent on-site—each thoughtfully placed to ensure your total privacy. If you’re planning a group stay, you can book both along with Moogie House to accommodate up to 10 guests across the property. Each accommodation is spaced out on our serene 19-acre retreat, connected by walking trails. (Please note: Moogie Pod and Moogie House are located closer together.)
How many Glamping Tents do you have?
To allow for privacy we only have 1 glamping tent on the property to give you a totally unique experience and retreat.
I am wanting to organise something special…. Can you assist?
We are always happy to help with any special requests including wedding proposals, anniversaries and honeymoon requests, just drop us an email.
Can I charge my devices and use a hairdryer etc at Moogie Glamp?
As the tent is off grid and solar powered, high wattage items such as hairdryers, straighteners, rice cookers etc CANNOT be used. We do provide 2 x 240volt sockets in the tent for charging phones and laptops however for those of you that need to stay connected.
Do you offer EV charging?
Due to insurance and liability, we do not offer charging facilities for Electric Vehicles at any of our accommodations. Paid charging facilities are available nearby in Boonah. We are happy to provide details.
