Moogie Glamp is a magical bespoke luxury eco tent retreat nestled in a bush setting. A romantic private getaway for couples only.

Moogie Glamp is sustainable, being wholly off grid with solar and rainwater harvesting.

Romantic and private safari tent, luxuriously fitted out for your perfect retreat. Featuring romantic 4 poster bed complete with mosquito net. There are Balinese handmade robes for your use. For those chilly winter stays there is even a wood fire heater inside to toast your toes. Imagine lying in bed under the sumptuous cosy bedding with the fire crackling. For those balmy summer nights, the tent has a wonderfully cooling remote controlled ceiling fan. The ensuite offers 5-star facilities with double teak vanity with marble sinks. With a rain head shower and botanical toiletries for your use. Inside seating is offered with luxury leather buttery chairs, and even a decanter of fortified wine from a local winery. With a custom kitchenette including fridge and BBQ you are equipped to cook up a storm and dine under the twinkling lights on the deck. Imagine laying back in the hammock for 2 surrounded by the bush or relax around the firepit star gazing to complete your magical experience.

Guests have exclusive use of the glamping tent and the surrounding area, with full privacy guaranteed. There are no other tents nearby, you have the space to yourselves. Moogie Glamp is a unique opportunity to disconnect with life (no Wi-Fi), reconnect with each other, surrounded by nature in a thoughtful eco environment.

Breakfast - A generous Scenic Rim Breakfast Hamper, filled with locally curated produce from around the locality, can be purchased to have at leisure and cook yourself  - contents may change to seasonal availability but will include enough provisions for a each couple for up to 2 days. Includes locally cured bacon, sausages, farm fresh eggs, fresh baked bread, farmers butter and milk, mushrooms, tomatoes, baby spinach, fresh fruit, local honey, house-made muesli. Priced at $60 per hamper per stay

Please note if booking more than one accommodation at Moogie House , that individual accommodations are at different locations on the property, and not necessarily within close proximity to each other.

Moogie Glamp is off-grid and powered by solar, therefore high wattage items such a irons and hair dryers cannot be used. We think you are beautiful as you are.

As our guests at Moogie Glamp have the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life, please note Wi-Fi is not offered. Phone reception is available on the property, however. We offer 2 bedside 240volt sockets for those guests who wish to stay connected for charging their phone or laptop.

A breakfast hamper  is offered for your stay, this is packed full of locally sourced produce and allows for you to prepare your breakfast when you want. Breakfast items may change due to seasonality, but generally includes items to cook on the BBQ, freshly baked bread, fruit and cereal. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Breakfast is not included in your price per night but can be added to your booking at $60 per couple per stay. 

Tea and coffee amenities provided, including stove top coffee machine and plunger. Bottled water provided for drinking water.

We like to meet guests on arrival to explain the features of the glamping tent - especially to those who have never "glamped" before. We are happy to assist guests with any questions or help with local recommendations. However, we also want to respect your privacy and not impose on your time. We are contactable by text or phone during your stay.

• To complete your romantic retreat why not indulge in romantic couple's massage either inside beside the wood fire, or outside alongside the crackling firepit under the twinkling fairy lights. Please message us for further details of local masseuse.
• We can organise delivery of a fruit and veg box for your arrival packed full of locally grown produce, from our local fruit and veg store. Message us for more details.
• Attending a wedding reception locally? We can arrange and provide pre-booked transfers to/from for you.

Bring your boat for a day messing about on the lake - waterskiing or fishing. 

Close to top wedding venues in the locality, so ideal for wedding guest accommodation (we can even help with transfers if necessary).

With 6 national parks close by for hikes and trails.

The region is a-buzz with events and activities for all the family. With food and drink to sample at wineries, breweries, cafes, restaurants and many farm gate producers. Being just over an hour from Brisbane and Gold Coast it's the perfect getaway.

Close to the townships of Kalbar and Boonah for amenities and shopping.

Only a drive away! Moogie Glamp is located inland from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Being about 40mins drive to Ipswich and just over an hour to the hustle and bustle of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
